1. Who can use Made For Me Comics
Made For Me Comics is intended for adults (18+) creating comics for or with kids. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and supervise your use. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm you have the authority to do so for any child featured in a comic.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity in your account. Don't share your account with strangers. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, exploitative of minors, harassing, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove comics or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Ownership of comics
You own the finished comic for personal, family, and gift use, including printing and sharing with friends and family. You may not resell the comic, license it, or use it commercially without our written permission. We retain ownership of the platform, our templates, brand, and underlying systems.
5. AI-generated content
Comics are created with the help of AI. See our AI Policy for how we use AI and what it can and can't do. AI output can be imperfect; we don't guarantee any specific result.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Credit packs do not expire, but unused credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific comic will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made For Me Comics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
