No refunds — exchanges only
Because each comic is custom-generated for your child the moment you check out, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. We do offer exchanges — if your comic doesn't look right, we'll regenerate it.
When you can request an exchange
- The comic has obvious AI mistakes (broken text, wrong character, garbled art).
- The story doesn't match the intake details you entered.
- Content concerns — anything that feels off for a kid.
Submit exchange requests within 14 days of purchase.
How to request an exchange
Email hello@madeformecomics.com from the email on your account. Include the comic's title and a short note about what went wrong. We'll regenerate the comic at no extra cost.
Credit packs
Credits from a 5-comic pack are non-refundable, but they never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.
